| Reconciliation Retreats Need a little R&R? Reconciler Retreats may be for your group. Two days and nights. Participants come with a relationship in mind that they want to see restored. Each retreat consists of worship, study and introspection. We examine the 4 "G's" of biblical peacemaking. Peacemaker Ministries 1. Glorify God 2. Get the Log Out of Your Own Eye 3. Gently Restore 4. Go and Be Reconciled. The retreat focuses on the first 2 "G's" with coaching at the end to equip each participant to apply the last 2 G's. Men's Retreats Your mission, should you decided to accept it, is a "Search and Destroy Mission." Lurking beneath the calm surface of your life could be a scum-sucking bottom feeder called Pride. So grab your tackle box and let's try to catch and remove this bottom feeder before it destroys your relationship and your peace with God. Seminars A couple of hours on Friday night, a few hours Saturday morning and optional wrap up on Sunday morning. Using The Peacemaker by Ken Sande as our primary resource we will discuss the principles used in the retreat. Conflict Coaching Ideal for staff training or follow up to the seminar. Conflict coaching can train staff and lay leaders how to help others with their conflicts. Or can be one-on-one sessions to give pointers to someone who needs help coming up with a strategy. Mediation/Arbitration Formal dispute resolution where both parties agree to use biblical standards of ethics and case law to settle a matter. Mediation the parties control the outcome and agreements. Arbitration the parties give the matter over to an arbitrator to decide what they are unable to decide on their own. |
